My journey into Pâtisserie began at the age of thirteen, when I first discovered the simple joy of baking at home. That passion eventually led me to London, where I trained in the art of classic French pastry at Le Cordon Bleu and earned my Diplôme de Pâtisserie.
I later refined my craft at the exclusive, five-star hotel Raffles London at The OWO, bringing together technique, creativity and a dedication to excellence.
Today, I am fulfilling my lifelong dream — to share my love of French pâtisserie by creating a place where every creation is crafted with heart, artistry and a touch of Parisian magic.
